Every microsite needs a form to capture leads. The form builder supports standard fields, custom fields, and conditional logic that changes what a visitor sees based on their answers.
Standard form templates
- Contact form — Name, Email, Company, Message. Basic inquiry.
- Demo request — Name, Email, Company, Role, "What are you trying to solve?" Qualifies leads before booking.
- Download gate — Name, Email, Company. Captures email in exchange for a resource.
- Appointment form — Name, Email, Phone, Preferred time slot. Connects to calendar.
Custom field types
- Text (short), Text area (long), Email, Phone, Number, Dropdown select, Multi-select checkbox, Date picker, File upload
Conditional logic
Conditional logic shows or hides fields based on a visitor's previous answers. Example: Show "How many locations?" field only if visitor selects "Multi-location" in the Company Size dropdown.
Configure at Form → [Field] → Show If. Select the condition field, operator (equals, contains, is not), and value. Save.
Form submission handling
- Thank you page — redirect to a custom URL or show an inline thank-you message
- CRM push — submission creates a new contact/lead in your connected CRM automatically
- Email notification — sends an email to configured address on each submission
- Sequence enrollment — optionally enrolls the submission email in a follow-up sequence automatically
Fewer fields = more submissions. Every additional field reduces form completion rate by ~10%. For cold traffic, use Name + Email + Company maximum.
